“Are Hitz carts real or fake?” is the question we hear most. Popular brands get copied and Hitz is popular, so both real and counterfeit devices turn up online. You cannot lab-test at home, but these checks catch most copies.
1. Compare the box with the product photo
Open the product page on Hits Cart and hold the box next to the screen. Each edition has a distinct box: jungle art for Safari, dice and cards for Players Club, warriors for Gladiator, black and gold for Limited Series. The wrong box for the flavor is a red flag.
2. Look closely at the print
Blurry crests, fuzzy text, crooked labels and spelling mistakes are warning signs.
3. Check the flavor and strain match
The flavor and strain on the box should match the device and our listing. Search the flavor on Buy Hitz Carts. If it does not exist in the lineup, be cautious.
4. Check the device design
Gen 6 and Gen 7 devices have a puff-counter screen. Players Club devices are black to amber. Limited Series devices are black with gold lettering. A device that does not match its edition is a warning sign.
5. Be careful with prices that look too good
Our single 2 gram devices are listed from $20 to $35, and every pack shows its per-unit price. A price far below that range should raise questions.
6. Ask first, and do not use a device you doubt
If a listing looks off, message us before you buy. If you already own a device that fails these checks, do not use it.
